Our manufacturing process is unique.
We use machinery specifically designed to blend, card, layer and heat-bond the polyester fibre into NOVAtherm and NOVAhush.
Environmental responsibility is a big part of the way we think about energy efficiency. For example, heat that is extracted during the final cooling stage is returned to the oven that heat bonds the polyester.
When the NOVAtherm is trimmed, all excess pieces are reprocessed to eliminate wastage.
