Blending

NOVAtherm is made from an optimal blend of fibres using a mixture of highly technical fibres for extra performance and recycled fibres for sustainability.

Carding

NOVAtherm is manufactured on specially made machinery.

Layering and Bonding

After carding fibres leave the card in a thin web. The web is layered to form a thick blanket. The blanket then passes into a thermo bonding oven where hot air is blown through it. This melts the outside sheath of the bi-component fibre which then welds the remaining fibres in the matrix together.

Packing

The product is then cut to size, weighed, vacuum packed and labelled.
